lots of the "why are k-pop fans getting so invested in the protests?" posts are like hmmm, i don't know why a large group of insanely tech-savvy left-of-center young people would get so invested in these protests, especially online? /s

It's so funny when I look at my Kohaku board on Pinterest because it's mostly cute foxes doing cute fox things, vaguely-artsy traditional Japanese photos that have yellow filters over them, and then, and I always forget that I pinned this when I go to look at it, I see a BE GAY DO CRIME graffiti and I totally lose my shit.
