So, I saw Aquaman yesterday.

I think I liked it? It's kind of hard to tell with these DC movies. It was at least better than Justice League.

Things I Liked:

The aesthetic of Atlantis was freaking beautiful.
The Atlanteans ride sharks.
Jason Momoa wasn't exactly Aquaman, but he was enjoyable nonetheless.
Mera was very very hot.

Things I Didn't Like:

Black Manta was very extraneous.
You could seriously cut him out of the film and it would change nothing.
They didn't take as much advantage of the fight choreography potential inherent in having an underwater setting as much as I would have liked.
The mermaid ladies, who have bodies covered entirely in scales, somehow have breasts. YOU CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS, MOVIE.
