I mean, it's not a question that's regularly asked by ... pretty much anyone covering VK, but especially not in Japan, so... In the 20+ years I've been following the band, I can't remember any time tetsu's made a statement about it one way or the other. There've been theories, but then he got married and since People Are Dumb, that was seen as the end of it (because people are dumb). These days, my inclination is if someone's still deeply embedded in a counter-culture genre in their 30s, 40s, and beyond, odds of them being straight are, imo, on the decline the longer they stay in it.
