Writing about an Omegaverse muse being queer in a context that doesn't exist in our world is a pretty good cap-off to M's Pride Month Posting Extravaganza, methinks.

my sort-of-omegaverse-headcanon is that in omegaverse land, queerness sort of exists on three separate axes. there's the "what gender(s) are you attracted to" and "what gender(s) are you" axes that exist in our world, but there's also the third axis of "what's your sexual orientation (in terms of dom/sub/switch)"

this means that i can not only write characters who are queer, i can write characters who are queer in ways that literally don't exist in this world, which is Very Inch Resting.
