me: *tracks down every single song in the compilation in order to make a youtube playlist*

Vamp AU!Die has latched hardcore onto the song Bones by MsMr and I don't know why other than "he spent a lot of time trapped underground, personally thinks of himself as having died twice" BUT THE LYRICS AREN'T REALLY ABOUT ANY OF THAT STUFF except in implications! I do not know why! I do not know why! But now he wants me to draw him multiple things!

I always feel ashamed when people ask me what my transition/hatching soundtrack was, because they always answer some stuff like SOPHIE or Transgender Dysphoria Blues, and you know, stuff that actually relates to transness or trans identity, and I just answer stuff like. Just. All the sad, emotional Jrock ballads.

there is no better feeling than when you're listening to a song, and realize, perfectly, that it encapsulates something about your OCs so wonderfully that you can't do anything but scream

in other words don't you dare forget the sun by get scared is the yury/cas anthem and mama by mcr is so fucking kai it hurts me
