i just can't imagine looking at a series where the queer-coded villain gets a ride-off-into-the-sunset ending with his human pet and experiences no consequences for his actions whatsoever

and then writing a fanfiction where that same villain dies horribly, is excluded from the Found Family, and looses in the love triangle?
