Feb. 12th, 2023 04:25 pmanother day, another post about m not getting why people loose their minds at first year/third year ships. like the absolute LARGEST possible age gap here is a 15yo dating an 18yo, which is kind of ehhhh but like not the WORST thing in the world
is it one of those things where fandom culture nowadays is really hyperfocused on ages in a way that’s bonkers to me? like i don’t really think about ages when it comes to characters, i’m like “okay, they’re all, like, teenagers. these ones are vaguely younger teenagers, these ones are vaguely older teenagers, okay moving on” but it seems like people really care about this kind of stuff in a way that makes no sense to me.
