reading some old fic on 1x2x1.org and i'm surprised at just how much better people have gotten at summaries

like a good chunk of the summaries are very short, mostly only one or two sentences if you're lucky, but barely anything that covers the actual tone of the story

like call it lazy, but i think the ao3 trend of just sticking a short paragraph from the actual fic in the summary is way better for judging if the fic is Actually Something I'd Want To Read
