If I had, like, the energy and willpower and knowledge to do it correctly, one of the things I'd really want to make a survey on is the usage of non-canonical pronouns in fandom for characters who's genders aren't a topic of debate. It's fascinating to me and I have theories on why this became A Thing in my fandoms, but my perspective is really limited based on my personal fandoms.

If I had the energy I would work on designing a good nice survey and working out precisely how to spread it so that I could see if I was right. Or if this really isn't a big trend and it's just a thing that my fandoms do because they're weird.
