tired of having normal controversial enstars fandom opinions i have now acquired one i've never seen anyone have, which is that sneaking references to your rpf otp into card art for a massively popular gacha game is super mega based and therefore that enstars cn artist didn't do anything wrong and i don't get why people are acting super outraged about it

in the interest of complete fairness the rpf thing is a rumor based on the content of one of the references (putting an image that a lot of RPF shippers of X Pairing like/use onto a character's desk in card art) but i shall continue to believe that sneaking references to an idol group you like into card art for a wildly popular gacha game is also very based and cool and the artist should not have been fired (if they were fired, i've seen contradictory information on this) and i don't get why everyone is so outraged

wow yeah thats really like nothing with nothing. i figured they like deliberately made the characters look vaguely like their otp or something and i would've respected the hell out of that too. sneakily putting idol group art into the background of an otherwise normal piece is like literally just a continuation of the artist behavior(tm) of putting stuff you like into inconspicuous parts of commissioned work lmao. its not worth a fuss
