Primitivists, please explain to me how I would be able to stop having migranes so painful I wouldn't be able to function without things like pain meds and vitamin suppliments.

Would you leave me to die? Would I just have to live in pain, curl up under darkened blankets (or are those technology) and suffer?

Also, please explain how I'd be able to not starve to death when I'm severly sensitive to Bad Textures and Bad Smells and get the majority of those nutrients through multivitamins.

Would you just leave me to starve to death?

(And if your answer is "Modern society is causing your autism", I will punch you in the face.)

And what about the anxiety medication that helps me not be too paranoid to function?

(The real answer is, of course, that the foundation of primitivist ideology is inherently ableist.)

Well the Spartans left their weak babies on the mountains to die.

Then their were chagelings, when a parent blamed their children's mental and physical defects on fairies that had stolen their child and replaced it with a copy.

And of course both genders, mainly women, could be accused of being a witch which never ends well.

Everyone else died as a child, died from the medixal treatment was just the eccentric neighbour or was rich enough that their eccentricities were just accepted. Like for instance the roman emperor Caligula.

In short the modern idea of treatment/acceptance is preferable.
