Hinata is Bella and winds up moving from Tokyo to Unspecified Miyagi Small Town to live with his divorced father (Ukai) and he goes to a school where he meets Kageyama, who is a Very Angry Edward. Kageyama takes the fact that he can't read Hinata's mind as a personal offense, and goes on a journey to find out exactly Why.
Daichi and Suga are Carlile and Esme, with Sugawara as the Sexy Vampire Doctor That Everyone Wants To Fuck, and Daichi as his vampire househusband. There is also Noya playing the role of Alice, and Asahi being horribly miscast in the role of Jasper.
Tanaka and Kiyoko are also cast in the roles of Emmet and Rosalie respectively, however they are not A Thing in this AU. Tanaka was turned by Noya because they had been Bros for a while and Noya wanted them to keep being Bros in undeath.

The rest of the Karasuno guys are Hinata's human friends. Yachi, however, also gets to be hybridized with Bree Tanner during Eclipse, where she gets turned into a vampire by Oikawa?. She later joins the Karasuno coven and gets to live out her lesbian vampire dreams by getting together with Kiyoko.
The Nekoma guys are the werecats! Kenma takes the place of Jacob, except with the fire-ice associations swapped and without the baby-imprinting thing, because no. In the end, he winds up with Kuroo, who's kiiiinda Leah Clearwater in the whole "ally to Kenma after he gets kicked out of the pack" thing. He's got a bit more Jacob characteristics in that he takes over leadership of his pack (is it a pack if they're cats? Whatever.)
Bokuto and Akaashi are the Denali coven. They live in some snowy-ass island off the coast of Russia and Bokuto feeds bits of animal flesh from his hunts to his Owl Friends.
Iwaoi + Kindaichi/Kunimi take the place of James's coven. Oikawa is the one who's really in charge, goading Iwazumi into using his ability to find tasty-smelling humans to eat for his pleasure, and after Iwazumi gets killed and the other two flee, Oikawa goes and raises an army to take down the Karasuno coven ONCE AND FOR ALL.
Shiratorizawa is the Volturi- or at least some branch of them that's exclusively Japanese. IDK.
