out of all the jrock transfic i've read, there is precisely one fic (an nb!mana/kami fic) that i actually liked, and one (trans woman!kaya/issay) that i did not hate.

all of the others are utterly atrocious

is there any disappointment greater than finding a cool sounding song, and then finding some other stuff by the band, and then realizing that their guitarist only knows one (1) riff and this then makes the previous cool-sounding song worse
