The thing you need to know about my anime consumption habits is that I am every single kind of terrible anime fan at once. I'm the basic bitch that gets stupid hype over Dumb Shonen Boys Punching Each Other, I am the cringe 13 year old boy who likes it when the titties go boing boing, I am the cringe 13 year old girl who likes it when the pretty boys kiss, I am the pretentious manga reader who recs you stuff you've never heard of, I am the shoujo liker who will eat up the most toxic and unhealthy of relationship dynamics, I am the seinen liker who enjoys the edgiest and stupidest of trash, I am everything you fear and more.

I'm trying to come up with a single rec based on this. Gantz hits most of this, but I don't think the boys ever kiss other boys, and it never goes as far as it could have with the girl who considers herself the main character's "pet" because she doesn't think she's a human being anymore.

In that case, I have one more recommendation. Every aspect of Gantz is something Cannon God Exaxxion does better. Not necessarily well, but better.
