Okay I dug into it (which was surprisingly hard... Sabaton didn't credit the artist, they just used bits of a free audiobook version of Art of War).

Revenant Choir is Leah Riegle. The Art of War is Moira Fogarty.

I'm the opposite of voice blind (to the point where it interferes with my ability to enjoy certain games because I recognize "oh wow that's the voice of Thaos why is he a salarian scientist") and they sound distinct to me.
